Repair Your Jewellery
"All repairs completed by ourselves are covered by a 1 year warranty except for restringing and clasp replacements, which is 6 months.
The warranty only covers the repair that Watlings carried out and not any damage caused by you, the customer, or general wear and tear.
However as a business that has been established for 50 years, we take pride in offering reasonable solutions to any damage that may appear after this 1 year term, or if accidental damage is caused by the customer within the 1 year term.
All jewellery is meticulously assessed and repaired to the highest standard, by our designer and jeweller, Jane Watling.”.
