I couldn’t be happier with my ring, Jane has done such an amazing job and I am so grateful. I didn’t think it was possible to love my ring more than I did before; but I do! I also wasn't sure if it would be possible to be remade into platinum or not, but she was so helpful and reassured us that she could do it, and that she could keep the characteristics and features, and also make it to the correct size I needed, whilst including all the original little diamonds and the beautiful piece of Opal.

Very good service recently when a ring they had previously made for me from inherited jewellery needed repairing.
Jane repaired it quickly and I felt the drop off and collection was very safe, between lock downs. However, during current lockdown I reported some concerns which were very quickly rectified with a complimentary silver cleaning cloth sent directly to me.

If you haven’t visited this beautiful shop before now I can honestly say you won’t be disappointed! Jane has lovely friendly staff to help you choose and select the jewellery you would like to buy. There is never any pressure and although at the moment because of the current situation you have to book an appointment to enter the shop you will be greeted with friendly smiley faces ready to help you! I used to live very close to Lacock but I am now living in Devon. This hasn’t stopped my treating myself to something new from Janes website or the shops Facebook page.
